No parade for QPR

Recommended Posts

I read it to be that the FA enquiry was ongoing at the time that QPR were looking to plan ahead, to arrange such a knees up.

i would be very suprised if it means that many of the players will be off on holiday/breal etc anbd will not be available for anything in the shoirt term.

If this is the case then it would mean that some of those who played will have moved on by the time this is tragetted to happen in Mid July. Be rather odd to, and disjointing for. the new squad to have a certain number going off to celebrate without them.

Be even odder, and funnier, if Mr Warnock had also moved on. Would he want to be on the bus if he''s just been given the heave ho.

Strange club

They are a strange club indeed - rumour is that they are looking to appoint claudio ranerie (sp?) as manager!

Even your own board don''t think you''re good enough warnock !!!

Your supporters obviously take more notice of random newspaper rubbish than we do.

But i guess that has already been shown up by some of the comments on here over the FA case, by people who had no idea of the facts but believed all the crap spouted by the media.

Perhas loftus could tell us why his club is not holding an end of season parade.

And what the ''pre season celebration'' will be.

And if Warnock has gone will he still be invited ?

the other big reason is logistics, where they are in london, would cause havoc to have a parade like we did in west london would balls the whole of rush hour for millions of people, and all that for about 200 fans coming to see it.

I wouldn''t try to suggest that our following is anything like yours, but then you don''t have 2 Premier clubs on your doorstep. Our support has always been low, but given the size of the stadium we have at the moment it''s not exactly a problem, seems to be more of a problem for other clubs who say "our support is better than yours". If that''s the stick you always want to beat us with, so be it.

I don''t know why the club didn''t orgainise a parade, so far they have come up with the local council wouldn''t pay for the clearup (and for some reasons our owners didn''t offer) and also they didn''t do anything until after the FA decision, which because it was so late then left no time to organise it. It has certainly annoyed some. However we did have celebrations on the pitch 3 times, so that helped.

I''m pleased you went up with us and hopefully neither Welsh Club will make it, with a bit of luck Forest will get the 3rd spot.

However the one thing I do have an issue with, having read the comments on here during the ongoing FA saga, is the number of times "cheated" came up, and the lack of knowledge of some regarding precedents that obviously didn''t apply. As our supporters don''t know the full details, I''m not sure how many of yours mysteriously knew better.

I agree with you on this, the misreporting of this case has been spectacular. People all talking about illegible players and cheating, but QPR werern''t even charged with fielding an illegible player. Glad it is all over and even happier as it looks like no one is going to sue over it as well. Shame you guys couldn''t have a parade, but as organising these things in London tends to be a nightmare, especially with such short notice.

Good luck to you guys next season, although hope you finish with at least one less point than us.

"I do have an issue with"

I think the word is problem

unless of course you are a social worker, then it''s outcome, not result, call, not decision .............

and very soon bathroom, not toilet

Tell you one thing,QPR do play attractive footy like us,and so glad its us 2 going up instead of Leeds! ...Gotta say swansea aint boring either,so wouldnt mind them joining us...

Qpr also used to have a player who was really talented,Stan Bowls who according to bro,we used to ttp with a song about walking a mile and a bit to rub his etc etc ,but in an interview in a sports mag,he declared his other fav team was NORWICH!

Never seen the guy play as before my time, but was like a Hucks type apprarently

I don''t understand why some fans are showing hostility to QPR, they got the most points on the board, they have been investigated and are the champions. End of.
