In Dubious Battle 0 Posted May 16, 2011 Are teams not allowed to offer more than 3,000 then? Its just that so many premier league clubs don''t sell out their grounds so I would have thought they would offer as many as they could sell? Worst case scenario have to sit with the home fans. Here is a link to teams attendances this season and the proportion of their ground that was left empty. spencer 1970 207 Posted May 16, 2011 I''m one of the rare breeds of away season ticket holder, but not home season ticket holder. I''ll still go to the odd (6-7) home game that I''ll mix in with a family visit but for me, based over the season, the away games are cheaper (inc travel), take less time out of my Saturday, and (sorry) NCFC away fans always make for a better atmosphere than the home fans.its still great at home, but just that bit more "hardcore" away.i''m very much looking forward to the away days...and you never know - i may actually see us win away in the top flight for the first time in 17 years.(Palarse away - dec 1994 - ouch!) When Saturday Comes 0 Posted May 25, 2011 Shouldn''t be a problem getting a ticket at Loftus Road, minimum price of £47! http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/may/25/qpr-fans-anger-ticket-prices?CMP=twt_gu
Canary23 0 Posted May 25, 2011 Do away season tickets make a contribution to Norwich or does all the money go to our opponents?
barclaystand 0 Posted May 25, 2011 The away season ticket only costs £20, which I think is to cover admin costs of sending you each match ticket as they become available. I think that the money from the away match tickets, whether sold on a casual basis or to away season ticket holders, all goes to the home club.
