flecky76 0 Posted April 26, 2011 When West Ham were found guilty, but no points deduction, Sheff Utd successfully sued West Ham for denying them loss of Sky TV money for a season - they settled for a figure of around £17m (on top of the £5m fine West Ham received). So, if QPR are not deducted points, will the 3rd place team (assuming not promoted via the Play-Offs) sue QPR for the same reason?Don''t forget, a precedence has already been set here.Hopefully it won''t be Norwich, but if it is will McNally have the lawyers ready?
