Largey 0 Posted April 12, 2011 Big chance for McNamee tonight, will we see one of his fantastic super-sub performances or lacklustre like in the FA Cup. Different from every other player we have, let''s hope he can serve up a treat onto Holts head!
I am a Banana 0 Posted April 12, 2011 Please say he is going to play well, i really dont rate him at all.
Norfolk Mustard 94 Posted April 12, 2011 I''ve always viewed McNamee as a ''nearly'' player. Mind you, Chris Goreham just commented ''McNamee''s on fire tonight!''...What would a third goal be worth right now?
87canary 0 Posted April 12, 2011 Sounds like he''s done well to me. Hope so, I always liked something about him.
GJP 79 Posted April 12, 2011 Did some very good stuff tonight. I never wrote him off and thought he was unlucky in the past to have the crowd not back him as much as they should have done. He had a go and gave Watford lots to worry about, unlike Surman who just didn''t play with any heart at all.
Boris 56 Posted April 12, 2011 Corey Smith also play good last game but today was not even on bench........
ThorpeCanary 71 Posted April 12, 2011 He''s definatly an impact sub for me, no less, although at the minute no more.He had a mare against Orient in the cup but thats football, when a winger or defender has a bad game (failed runs/poor crosses) he''s ridiculed, poor games for strikers often get left with comments of "wasn''t in the game" etc, although I (a defender I should add) think strikers get away with it a bit more!Definatly think he can have an influence on the end of our season though! Wings of a Sparrow 1,411 Posted April 12, 2011 Agree McNamee gave the Watford defenders a hardtime with his trickery. Gives us another attacking option. Also agree that Surman was below par and was subbed (maybe a bit late) for Lansbury.
