To any lurking Binners

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately cortwanking, king binno, two braincells bluemike and the other simple rustics (who were such frequent vistors) are rarely to be seen on here these days.

I do miss their exited bleats of how our League 1 players would struggle, how the portly Scotland would score more goals than all of our strikers put together and best of all. how the all had faith in the splendid Mr Roy.

I''m surprised that they haven''t been over here to gloat considering how their gates haven''t fallen dramatically, whilst we have struggled against relegation and their much talked of Operation Premiership is on the verge of becoming a reality.

Perhaps it was something said, or maybe something that happened at Carrow Road last November, who knows ? It could even be that like the supporters and the season ticket holders at poorman road they have simply turned their back on the binners.

Still it is their cup final tomorrow so at least poorman road will see a Carrow Road type attendance for once. Maybe we could play them again in a charity type of game in the summer - help them raise some money so they can pay the rent they owe.

I can imagine the stamping of little feet and the uncontrolled anger at the sight of people laughing at the ''mighty town''

"it ain''t fair, boo hoo hoo "

not out of all realms of possibility though eh? Anyhow, building for next year. Looking bright with Jewell at the helm, wonderkids Wickham and Carson, more investment into a manager with at least some knowledge of how to handle the market.Chances of holding onto Lambert if you don''t go up?

"more investment into a manager with at least some knowledge of how to handle the market."

err, like the massive injection of cash in January that your fellow farmhand cortwanking kept bleating about ............... which turned out to be ONE non league player !

Jewell will need to be good as he has already stated that you will be looking at freebies, Clegg has also stated that you will have to pay your own way from now own

That won''t be easy with gates slumping to 17,000, season ticket sales in free fall and players who you can''t afford to offer decent conracts to.

Perhaps you could tell us why your gates are down to 17,000, why there has been no announcement about your season ticket sales so far .................... or maybe why you can''t even afford to pay the 100 grand you owe on the rent.

Still you do have the boy blunder, binner wickham so the arms dealer might be able to get some of his money back this summer rather than having to constantly use your grubby little club as some tatty tax dodge.

How the ''mighty'' have fallen.
