The Fish Seller 0 Posted April 1, 2011 Never heard a pundit refer to a stoutly defended goal as having a bus parked in front?
First Jedi 0 Posted April 1, 2011 Because having a bus in front of goal, might make it difficult for people to score past it! :)

I would say out of all our defenders he ducks of out challenges the most, and often looks very lightweight when he does go for a tackle
Europe_93 11 Posted April 1, 2011 The bus - Jedi has it, a compliment to our last line of defence. The Beast - Just remember a pre season photo of him, think it was on this site, not sure. If I remember correct it described him as a ''big unit''. At 6"1'' and in excess of 13st he''s big for a footballer.

BroadstairsR 0 Posted April 1, 2011
BroadstairsR , if you ever get the chance to meet simeon you''ll find that he is a very decent chap.
I am sure he is and , like most, I hope he comes good. My description of him was unjustified and made for amusement only. However, his misunderstanding of the off-side rule is rather irritating.

Norfolk Mustard 94 Posted April 2, 2011
El Headless Polo : Simeon JacksonEl Chavo : Chrissy Martin
Laughed out loud at both of these! Jackson must hold some kind of non-scoring record since he joined us! I thought Chris Brown & Peter Thorne were both ''Scoring Prevention Officers'' whilst they were here, but Jacko seems to have found that peaked cap to wear nowadays. I think Pacheco may just show him where to run, when to run and more importantly how to score. Jacko knows ''how to run'' but offers very little else it seems to me. Just thought; El Headless Polo ought to keep his distance from the Directors box - Poultry King Michael Foulger might wring his neck simply out of impulse!
