CharlieFarlie 0 Posted April 5, 2011 Anyone got an update on Wes and his injury ? cant see anything on the official site . Would have thought they would have established the extent of the injury by now.
morty 0 Posted April 5, 2011 I''m fairly sure that they will have, but better to keep Swansea guessing I''d suspect.
Jacko 0 Posted April 5, 2011 I seem to remember of Late Kick Off they said the club were keeping things close to their chest. Maybe the old mind games are starting with Swansea about whether he will feature or not?
CharlieFarlie 0 Posted April 5, 2011 I hope so , if it was a fained injury ( and to be fair the game was wrapped up) it will keep them guessing
marvin the martian 0 Posted April 5, 2011 According to late kick off there won''t be any news until friday. I think he''ll be involved saturday.
Salopian 1 Posted April 5, 2011 There probably is no conspiracy. He probably did not go for a scan until Monday, and there may be a need to try some gentle exercise. Certainly PL seemed to suggest that it could be later in the week before they had evaluated the situation. We saw him gingeerly sitting down awaiting the arrival of the physio, and seemed to be in some discomfort. He did manage to walk off without aid, although clearly favouring his leg.Usually the preliminary diagnosis of "hamstring" is accurate, and investigations after a day or two reveal the severity. At the very least it seems that he will be missing for a couple of weeks, and if it proves to be as bad as Martin''s, then it could be the end of the season for him. yellowngreen 0 Posted April 5, 2011 He did manage to walk off without aid, although clearly favouring his leg. Do You mean rather than his hands and knees

YellowLittle1 0 Posted April 5, 2011 I don''t think we will hear about it till 5pm on Saturday. Suits me as well, keep Swansea guessing, we might see a Chris Martin return as well, even though I couldn''t see him starting with Pacheco, Jackson and Holt on fire.We have an amazing team now, I think the pressure being on Swansea they may just bottle it. If we go there and don''t lose I think we are in a very very healthy position.
Boyo 0 Posted April 5, 2011 I would expect to hear about it on the official site on Friday when they do the team news which they do every friday, he will probably be described as doubtfull though which will still keep us guessing!
morty 0 Posted April 5, 2011 I heard that his whole leg has fallen off.So if you''re part of the Swansea management team, I''d count on him not playing.[:)]
