Blainsey 2 Posted January 21, 2005 Well, i finally made it to see City in the Premiership! my first live prem game since we beat Leicester 2-1 with sutch scoring in the last few minutes to seal a great win..and how disappointed i was. I have seen city a fair few times in div 1 and jumped at the chance to see them play in the prem when i was offered a seat at villa park for the match! i could not believe how poorly the team played. i have not seen a city side play that badly since a 4-4 draw at home to Port Vale in 1999? i was gutted! gary doherty is possibly the worst football player i have ever seen, and on that performance i call strongly for shackell to be given a chance. how and why we ever decided to invest 750 000 on the man is beyond me. what a waste of money. i hope that we can start reproducing our tv form as that has been fairly impressive, but if we continue to play as we did against villa then i cant see how we will stay up Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I was mascot at carrow road i think it was either during 93/94 or 94/95 season. We played southampton and in the end lost 2-1. i was about 7 or 8 at the time and the kit shorts were so big on me that i looked as if i was wearing a skirt!!!!!
