Legend Iwan 30 Posted March 9, 2011 Tthe FA have charged QPR for breached to Third Party and Agents Regulations. If guilty there could certainly be a points deduction.http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Disciplinary/NewsAndFeatures/2011/QPR-Paladini-charged

newyorkcanary 14 Posted March 9, 2011 If West Ham didn''t get a points deduction for Tevez, then I doubt QPR will for this. They will get a fine which will be a drop in the bucket for their owners.

CJ 1 Posted March 9, 2011 Remember West Ham were in the Premier League so different rules etc. The Football League which QPR are in take a much dimmer view of financial irregularities and may well want to set a precedent here. And remember the fuss over Tevez deal still remembered.Interesting times hope they take a while to decide could get QPR a bit nervous.
