Making Plans 957 Posted March 14, 2011 "But while Norwich were imposing in attack, with Andrew Crofts a constant menace, they were less than impressive at the back"Oh really, not sure what game reporter "Michael Da Silva" is talking about but it wasn''t tonight''s. Gingerpele 0 Posted March 14, 2011 We weren''t bad at the back. But weren''t overly impressive either. Probably the wrong thing to say in this situation, But the players that did once or twice cause a menace, are the kind of players, that if they aren''t troubling defenders, you have to ask why are they on the pitch.... Nolly 0 Posted March 15, 2011 Watching on TV i thought the two CB''s were very impressive tonight. True not overly worked but broke up a lot early on, seemed to win everything in the air and looked good on the ball and with there distribution
Marty 0 Posted March 15, 2011 what dross that is, we were attacking for most of the game, of course that is going to leave you vunerable at the back a little. but to be honest we should have been 2 or 3 up before Bristol scored. I was impressed at how our midfield worked so hard last night.
Ivana_rubyatitz 6 Posted March 15, 2011 Harsh to criticse anyone after that performance. The whole team were a great unit, some nice distribution at the back, winning balls in midfield and constantly causing concerns to their defenders combined with a never give up attitude that brought late reward. Watching that last night reminded me of the way we used to play back in the Mike Walker era.
