I can understand however if your Mcnally and trying to get the striker everyone''s been on about you might be a bit hacked off that this became public before the deal was done. Silly mistake to be made, possibly in the heat of the moment after a fantastic victory. You don''t say things like that on national TV unless they are already confirmed, and are NCFC really likely to allow a local broadcast to announce a mega signing? I think not. i''ve just watched it on bbc iplayer and Dion does say by the end of the week, so perhaps theres some sort of agreement in place for CMS to play his last few matches. who knows, but I think we should wait until the end of the week before we say Dion was wrong. I don''t think such a rumour should or would be broadcast on TV without prior consent from the club - unless it is broadcast as just a rumour. However by what people are saying about last nights programme, they were announcing it as a completed deal.
