Now before Cluckin'' Nora "threw them in" as a protest she had a whole bank of season tickets that she obviously didn''t use herself. Or so she told us. I should imagine they stood empty most of the time unless she had a few corporate luvvies to entertain. Grassroots my a*se....

Cluck and co - can you get yourselves a private room and then beat each other to bits in there?

Back to the original questions - there is no (current) cap on Supermembers - as there is no cap on members.  If there are more S/Ms than available tickets then obviously there is reduced likelihood of getting tickets but youre more likely than ordinary members

In slight defence of Cluck, it does seem a bit tight having a split member scheme, especially when the price difference is so low.  But then its the way the club want to play it and Im happy to pay for my s/m especially as I cant commit to a season ticket currently

Tickets are limited to one per Supermember certainly during the S/M only period.  Beyond that I guess there may be some lifting of restrictions and some games dont sell out

Coventry, however is likely to be sold out completely - being last game (possibly) and we may still be fighting for a top-2 place

That''s the bit i don''t get.If there is no cap then soon everyone will have one, negating any benefit they bring. Also being a normal member would just be irrelevant,as there wouldn''t be any tickets left to pick up.Or maybe that''s the plan.

I managed to get 2 for Scunthorpe,is that only for certain games?

I have a super membership since giving up the season ticket and i think its brilliant. without it i wouldnt have been to Carrow road more than twice. I have made 10 games this season and after a season ticket they are the next best thing.

Not at all, we can all make choices without  being "second class", when I was working away for 12 years I had the choice of having a season ticket and hardly using it, being a super member and having first chance at tickets for home matches and more choice of where to sit or I could have been a casual fan and hope the game didn''t sell out, I went for the super membership as it was the best option for me.
The fact remains that you have to conform to a pattern of support laid down by NCFC. You are effectively controlled.Season tickets will always exist at grounds and I have no problem with a fair section dedicated purely to them, but stifling the freedom of the casual supporter is filling the ground with habitual drones. No spontaneity or variety of support equates to a church like atmosphere often bemoaned on here. You may well make sacrifices, but clearly your income includes spare money. Many are on pensions or with just one modest tax paying earner who doesn''t have that capacity... so I don''t agree with your comment on affordability for all. Besides which... it''s not all about money, it''s about the freedom of  individual choice. The excessive desire for season ticket sales at CR has killed real support and benefits only the club''s cynical and lazy owner.

i''m spartacus, we have 2 super memberships and haven''t been able to buy 2 tickets at the same time - although I have just seen on the official site that you can "link" the 2 super memberships so that you can buy 2 seats together simultaneously, rather than having to quickly log in again and hope that the seat next to you hasn''t sold in the meantime!

If the stands weren''t cluttered up with ''other club''s'' supporters then there might be more room for real City fans. I know of at least 20 seats filled by all manner of backsides... ten of which are Man U. I''m sure this is just the tip of the iceberg.Quality not quantity.
So why would "other clubs" supporters want to purchase season tickets and membership to watch Norwich City?

Not being one who is ever lost for words how about naming names and telling us where exactly this "tip of the iceberg" have manifested themselves thereby preventing the likes of you and other avid, geniune, disenfranchised grass roots City fans from buying tickets as and when you so desire?

Lay off the insults and sarcasm and just answer the question.
If you can''t answer that one yourself then you clearly don''t know many people outside of your ''intimate circle''. It''s called a ''compromise'' by many uncommitted sports enthusiasts.... plus it''s a nice day out for the kiddies. Anyone can ''buy'' a season ticket if they have the money and a desire to covet an individual seat (sad in itself)... and far too many luvvies are being encouraged to do so at the expense of real local supporters.Result a dumbed down fanbase and a general atmosphere resembling a children''s party.
So let me get this right Cluck, the Club should do away with season tickets, memberships etc so people who want to pick and choose a few games a season to attend whenever they want? That would be financial suicide.
Season tickets have always been part of the club support... but they have now become the mainstream. This is a cynical business ploy to ''tie in'' support with an element of emotional blackmail stating that "if you don''t buy a ST and the team do well you won''t be able to get in".  It''s a classic monopoly scenario and NCFC know City fans have no alternative. Or in other words... if you don''t buy from us on our terms we don''t want you.As for ''picking and choosing''... what''s wrong with that? Do you go to the theatre or cinema every week incase you lose your seat? With the money pre banked NCFC don''t have to work hard to keep it''s supporters happy anymore and use the ST blackmail to string it''s customer base along. It''s a scam and nothing more.Earlier owners found more inventive ways of bringing success to the club... something they don''t need to worry about now with so many lemmings willing to jump off the cliff when the letter arrives. Financial matters are the affairs of the owners and it''s not for the paying public to bank roll what is effectively a privately owned business like any other. Make them start working for it again.
All seems a bit irrelevant to be honest, the success is there, and people want to go. The cinema doesn''t sell out every week, if it did, some film buffs would get season tickets to make sure they could always be there. If you want to get angry about something, surely it should be that away tickets are first come first served, not ballotted or done on away stubs. I know some fans who attend every game, every year, home and away, who have missed out on some of these later games because they weren''t around at a particular time. Ridiculous that everyone isn''t given the same chance, or that loyalty isn''t rewarded.

I was a Super Member when I was living up North and gave up my season ticket due to the uncertainty of when I could get down for games and found it well worth the money, but then again I''m not a grumpy old bugger who finds everything the Club does as them controlling the fans.

Standard membership is available for £12.50 and gives priority along with season ticket holders and ahead of non-members to buy available home match tickets when they go on sale.

Super membership is available for £17.50 and as well as first priority to purchase available tickets you will also have the exclusive opportunity to pre-book your seats and have them charged to your registered debit/credit card a month before the match

All under-16s who become either a standard or a super member will automatically become a junior member and will receive a whole host of exclusive benefits!

These include:

- Membership pack
- Birthday card and free gift
- Chance to be a mascot
- Christmas party invitation
- Canary Store discount
- Match ticket discount
- Free match ticket when using Club Canary for certain away games
You''ve simply played the blackmail game like a good boy.

Some of us have principles.
See it how you want, I prefer to be able to get tickets for games I want to see.
We should ALL be able to get to games we want to see.

If the stands weren''t cluttered up with ''other club''s'' supporters then there might be more room for real City fans. I know of at least 20 seats filled by all manner of backsides... ten of which are Man U. I''m sure this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Quality not quantity.
More than 1,000 empty seats at the last home game. I guess all your disenfranchised fans were sitting at home watching it on the ever so expensive Sky TV.

NURSE CLUCKBERT IS OUT OF BED AGAIN
Reality and frankness seldom makes comfortable reading...

Ask your mum.
I''m 48 years old and have my own opinions, I don''t need blinkered idiots like you or anyone from the Club telling me what I should or shouldn''t do, therefore I have no need to ask my Mum.

Unlike you I can admit some of my opinions may be wrong and don''t resort to name calling when I''m cornered.

Everyone has a choice as to whether they have a season ticket, membership, super membership or they want to stay a casual fan.
And... no... not everyone has the choices you naively lay out and ''staying a casual fan'' simply equals second class fan as things are.

Some on here who know me can confirm that I was made redundant and used the money to move my family back to Norfolk, I don''t now have what others may class as a job, I am in fact a full time carer for my partner for which I get the grand sum of £53 a week, we also have a 10 year old son who has autism and watching Norwich is my release valve, I shout, sing chant etc which get''s rid of my tension and frustrations. I have the choice of having a season ticket, being a super member and having first chance at tickets for home matches and more choice of where to sit or I could be a casual fan and hope the games don''t sell out. I have chosen to be a season ticket holder again as it guarantees I get a good seat and paying it monthly means I can afford to go, I''ve made sacrifices to be able to pay for it , I''ve stopped going to away games, I very rarely go out drinking and I never drink alcohol at home releasing the money for  my ticket.

If you want it you make sacrifices.
The fact remains that you have to conform to a pattern of support laid down by NCFC. You are effectively controlled.

Season tickets will always exist at grounds and I have no problem with a fair section dedicated purely to them, but stifling the freedom of the casual supporter is filling the ground with habitual drones.

So you are saying that season ticket holders should have their own section and shouldn''t have a choice where to sit, I think you seriously need to get a grip, why should season ticket holders be limited to a certain section so "Casual Fans" can have a choice where to sit.

I would rather the ground be full of season ticket holders every game than half full of people like you who want to turn up for the "Big Games" but knock the Club whenever possible.
Self centred and painfully closetted bollox.

There is a life outside of NCFC..... and I think maybe it''s time you found another friend to spend some time with.

I would hope so too. If not it would be a severe case of constipation. On the subject, I understand your own plastic seat has a nice big hole in the middle- merely to let through the smelly, brown stuff that flows constantly from your mouth.
