All of the fucking idiots saying "We need to win by lots" -you''re really clueless.NO guarantees in the Championship.
Easy to say with hindsight. Doesn''t alter the fact our goal difference is worse than most teams near us in the table.
It''s easy to say because it''s true. We are not good enough to be saying "We''re going to win, need to make sure we score plenty"It doesn''t work like that. We''ve been complacent on and off the pitch and we''ve suffered tonight.

It would have been easy if we had put a performance in , this really is a terrible result and we do it time and time again against the weaker clubs .

And just when is somebody going to wake up and realise the strikers at this club are not good enough .

We do need to win by lots.
No we don''t, we need to win. This league is so unpredictable we don''t need to be thinking about scoring lots against a team. Make sure we win the game.Complacency has cost us tonight.Hopefully everybody, players and fans alike, will realise that whether we''re playing QPR or Preston, if we''re not bang on it we will get caught out. We were sloppy all night and paid the price.

In some respects im glad of this result.

A. It might serve as a reality check to the fans who believe we have a divine right to be the lesser teams.

B. It might push Lambert to invest in the striker were so clearly lacking.

Tonight is a hugely dissapointing Night but lets remeber were we''ve come from in the last 18 months. Our team is an averageChampionship team thats high on confidence and due to this managed to over achiev a bit. Lets just enjoy being competitive in a decent league.

Sounded like the midfield wasn''t functioning tonight. Wes seemed very quiet, Lansbury even quieter. Fox & Crofts not doing much either; odd, really, because you''d have thought midfield was our strongest suit. Perhaps that''s why Lambert wanted Elliot? Give them an extra dimension.Never mind. Long way to go yet.

very weak Doncaster team, we should have won this with ease, no excuses.

Serious problem finishing, can''t rely on grant holt for all our goals, we need another proven striker!!

Gutted Doncaster have taken 4 points from us and considering they lost the last 4 before this and were getting hammered and had more injuries before our game (plus trying to get it called off) I''m disappointed to say the least. They will be chuffed to pieces with a point. Sure, we''re still only 3 points from 2nd, but we were only 1pt from 2nd before this game and now 8pts from 1st. At the moment we look good enough to not be beaten, but still not good enough to win regularly. Really need a run of wins starting this Saturday. I don''t see the point in relying on two target men for goals either. We have no pace as it is (in starting lineup) so why have two target men? 13odd games to go now..
You never know but it may be the point that keeps us in the playoffs at the end!
Or it could be the 2pts dropped that we needed for 2nd spot. I still think playoffs are very realistic, but if we upped our performances for lesser-placed teams like we do for the top teams then we could be sitting nicely in top 2. We''re not winning when the other teams above are dropping points and we need to take advantage of that.

Well stats speak for themselves. 4th December was the last time a striker scored that wasn''t called Holt.

The league is not unpredictible anymore forget about that!

Simply check top 8-9 teams how often loose games and you will see that there is almost never last weeks top teams loose games from low half tabele teams!

Simply we always sucks against small teams at home and we have much like that fixtures till end,

Last game that we izi win against poor teams is somthing 1988 1989 against Sutton Utd lol

The best entertainment was from my colleagues from Alan Boswells on the halftime crossbar challenge!
