Baldyboy 0 Posted February 23, 2011 this was something Lambert spotted when he first arrived and it is still so worrying that there is a severe lack of pace, especially up front. Now I aint criticising Lambert but surely this should have been addressed by now as we never seem to break quickly enough unlike the other teams at the top and even Donny last night!! CDMullins 436 Posted February 23, 2011 You dont have to have pace to break quickly, you just have to want to be direct and want to break quickly. (A ball travels faster than any human being!) Which we dont, we would rather turn round and play the ball back
Morisons Prozac 0 Posted February 23, 2011 We have Jackson but Lambert feels in his almighty wisdom that he should be scoring in the 5 minutes he is on the pitch.
walks on water 0 Posted February 23, 2011 Pace allied to quality is very expensive isn''t it? Paul Lambert has assembled a pretty good squad on a relative shoestring. I trust Lambert (unlike other managers we''ve had) to do the best that he can with the resources he has
