shefcanary 2,943 Posted February 23, 2011 According to the Star newspaper up here (in their report of last night''s game from a Donny perspective) Carra Rudd has been renamed the Aviva Stadium. Anyone confirm that this is the new official name for the ground - is there breaking news here? Or has the lazy Journo just got back from a stag weekend in Dublin and got his grounds mixed up? Yobocop 1,439 Posted February 23, 2011 Quite obviously an error - although you can''t blame him for thinking this with all the Aviva logo''s everywhere!
Sing up the river end 0 Posted February 23, 2011 If they rename it or not it will always be Carrow Road to me.as it is the South stand,River End etc etc.But i''m turning into an old git so I will moan at anything
I am a Banana 0 Posted February 23, 2011 What a load of rubbish, so even after aviva finish their sponsorship it will still be called the aviva stadium(it wont change but if it did). If they want to rename FCR they can pay our debts off and then ill be happier than being in debt. Is the irish rugby stadium not the aviva stadium, yeah it is i just checked.I''d like the stadium to look like that too for a name change [y]
