However at only 10K a week we wouldnt be forking out huge wages

But that 10k a week could be used to fund someone useful.There''s no point wasting money on a player for the sake of it.

[/quote] mccarthy is reported to be on 80K a week, but hammers say they would pay 80% of this leaving loaning club to find 16K. no way jose.

Yep,just checked and he has been playing,albeit as a sub.But that is the sort of player is worth looking at.
