He obviously has genuine respect & admiration for Nelson. He admitted he''d in some ways put the needs of Michael & his young family before those of NCFC.That''s fantastic man management. By putting a player''s long term well-being above a small short term risk to the club he has actually improved overall morale at the club. Excellent judgement again. I know what you mean about being able to see why he manages to get the best out of the players. He really does seem to be a top manager and a good guy, the longer we can keep him here the better!
