E Block Loyal 0 Posted January 17, 2011 Yep, three hours and numerous busese, trains etc for a journey that shouldn''t take more than 90 minutes max. Our rail network is decades behind most other developed countries. I travelled around Germany during the 06 WC and the public transprt system was, affordable, reliable, clean and rapid. Ours is dirty, slow, completely unrelaible and eye-wateringly expensive.

Tim Allman 1 Posted January 17, 2011 Yes WitS is correct. The full fare is around £41 return, but if you buy tickets in Blocks of Four (Group Save4 ) it is half price, the deal is a 4 for 2. You can also reduce this price further by buying separate tickets from Norwich to Cambridge and from Cambridge to London KX. Using this and the GS4 deal, the price works out at £16.75 per person. The ticket offices don’t advertise this so you will be specific if you ask, otherwise just buy them on line.
