The one who ran on the pitch when we made it four and hugged Ruddy...  I hope he dosn''t get a ban for that.

 

He ran on and hugged Ruddy, who picked him up and was completely okay about it, and then he was dragged of by two stewards like he had just stabbed Ruddy!  Isn''t running onto the pitch a ban?  I hope it isn''t for him because all the people from the Snake Pit got away with it last season.

 

Also apparently it nearly kicked off after the game and the scum fans were tearing our seats up, any truth in this?

I did see a part of a seat hurdled amongst the away fans, which was subsequently picked up by a steward. It was stupid because it nearly clocked one of their fellow scum supporters on the back of the head.

Dont know about any trouble at the end but apparently there was loads of trouble before and during the game underneath the stand. Apparently it now looks like Beirut underneath with one bar completely wrecked.

I guess it''s fitting really as their a wannabe big club from a Town with wannabe cockneys in it.

Re after the game it was quite close to kicking off big time. The police were not up to their usual levels of coordination and for whatever reason strated escorting the away fans from the Jarrold before their counterparts had moved off the Norwich fans from behind the Barclay. The result was a stand off of about 500 aside out the back of the Barclay with the two groups only really separated by a thin line of police and a couple of horses. To be honest if it was leeds or Millwall it would have kicked off big time but most Ipswich fans just threw snowballs and postured and the Norwich fans were just happy to laugh at them.

There was a distinct lack of police escort for the scumm ers from the corner of Carrow Road up towards Lower Clarence Road with the freaks stumbling along in silence and no police anywhere near.

There must have been more police-per-supporter on duty today than at any game I''ve been to since we got turned over 3-0 at Colchester a few years back when Ipswich were playing at home.If the police did get it wrong today then it''s a pretty lame show from them with all that lot on the streets. They did apparently manage to make four arrests after none at all against Leeds. Which must be a miracle unless they looked the other way again as they seemed to do last season when the Northerners rolled into town.......
