Nolly 0 Posted December 6, 2010 well it wouldn''t be the first time, he did the same at Paulton last year, together with Lappin. But the way he plays, he''ll get booked a fair amount and i can''t see any benefit of choosing to miss Pompey at home rather than any other game coming up. More a case its just one of those things that''s bound to happen i think
alysha 0 Posted December 6, 2010 Yeah, Portsmouth will be a tough game but I would rather him miss that than running the risk of him missing Coventry away. Will be good to see the Jackson/Martin partnership on Saturday with Jackson''s pace being benefitial with Lansbury''s through balls.

Matt Juler 140 Posted December 6, 2010 I don''t think Holt did that much wrong, it was more the Derby player trying to use the "multi-ball" dry ball and Holt offering him the wet ball that had bounced back to him off the advert boards.
Bill 1,788 Posted December 6, 2010 CA, yep that was what actually happened. The point was that Holt instigated it as a challenge to the referee to book him.Wonder what he would have had to do next if the ref had not booked him for that !
