ZLF 261 Posted December 7, 2010 This league is as tight as ever and the margin between playoff and relegation down to a player or two, suspensions and confidence.Beyond QPR none of the teams stand out. QPR do simply because they are consistent. We are ahead of expectations, but are also self aware enough to know that its a fragile space. As lambert said at the weekend his aim is avoiding relegation. Spending money on additional players may not be enough - confidence & team spirit is such a crucial ingredient in escaping this league. If we can be consistent, keep quality in midfield, improve in defence and keep scoring then we have an excellent chance, because lambert gets more of the squad than he should. Its looking good - but we could still perform well for the rest of the season and finish outside of the top 10 - its that sort of league.
