Tim Allman 1 Posted December 10, 2010 There''s an interesting Watford postcast called "From the Rookery End" (they are one of my local teams so I take passing interest in them) and the latest one focuses on the Watford Academy. They must be doing something right - according to the podcast the number of players that come through their academy set up and make it to the first team is significantly higher than the national average.
