Help for Heroes

I’m

a Barnsley fan and come in peace! 

In

February 2012 I am trekking through Costa Rica, coast to coast, in

support for the charity HELP FOR HEROES. 

I’ve no doubt you  are all

familiar with this charity and the work that it does in supporting our wounded

troops when they return back from the current war zones across the world.

The

charity is personally close to me and my family and over the course of the next

12 months I aim to raise £10,000.

So

how can you help? I fully appreciate that

everyone within the UK is currently experiencing some financial difficulties,

may already commit to supporting one or more charities or have other ways of

supporting a charity but I’m looking for the support of fellow football fans to

help me towards my goal.

Every penny

counts and helps these troops. Also, any

donation that you make ‘gift aid’ can be claimed and increases the amount of

your donation at no extra cost to you.
