Not just the defences fault by a long chalk, we looked poor all over the pitch, second half especially, and particularly so after Palarse equalised.Too many players had a bad day at the office tonight.

Thought we were ok in the first half but absolutely dreadful in the second half, Palace didn''t have to do much to win that game we practically gave it away. Crofts was the only one to come out with any credit imo, Lappin may have contributed to the goal but he was careless in possesion on far to many occasions and were it not for a brilliant last ditch tackle Palace would have equalised just after we scored after Lappin gave the ball away.Thought Ruddy could have saved the second goal and wasn''t at all impressed with Smith who was skinned several times by their right winger. Most disappointing thing for me was that we never really gave it a go in the second half and you could see we wouldn''t score if we played all night. Hugely disappointing .

Cor dear, did not see that result coming...Also thought we were fairly decent in the 1st half, but the second half was a complete disappointment. Thought JBA had a terrible game, but to be fair to the lad we can;t pin all the blame on him.Plus points: Horse scored, hope for many more during the season, Crofts was good again, one of the ex-scummers didn''t score and the nutter who ran in front of the Palarse fans at Half Time.

Yes it was a disappointing performance tonight however we''re still in a strong position. We need to move on from tonight and put in a strong performance Saturday.

I thought our left hand side, in particular, was atrocious.  Steven Smith got beaten time and time again and Lappin wasn''t quite as bad but wasn''t far away.
