nutty nigel 7,352 Posted October 20, 2010 Greetings PUPs and welcome to week twelve of the free bet season. We have a real treat this week with one of our very best young PUPs Trent Canary in charge and making the final selections. Trent is another of our long serving PUPs who gives a selection every week. He is extremely consistent too having finished the last two seasons with 80% or more. Trent has also always been very supportive to both Ray and then me offering good advice. His link in our resource library has opened up many more leagues for us to consider. In fact it was Trent was one of the pioneers of the idea of looking further afield for selections. Trent comes into his week in cracking form too. After the crazy first two weeks he has selected correctly in eight of the last nine. Once again we have a full weekend of fixtures to choose from. All I ask is that if your selection is to be considered for the final selection there must be a price for it on odds checker.com. The link to odds checker.com is in our resource library which is on the PUPs page of the NCISA web site. Your suggestions are still coming in to add to the library and The Butler has been very supportive keeping it up to date. The rota for November has now been confirmed : - November 6th FellasNovember 13th NorfolkbroadslimNovember 20th First WazzockNovember 27th Cosmic Twin 69 PUPs selected last week so we only just missed out on 70 for the first time. Let’s hope we hit 70 this week and that the new site doesn’t deter any of you PUPs. I’m sure we’ll soon get used to being dull and grey! Now just a reminder to click the FONCY link on my sig from time to time. There’s some great information about our Academy players on that site. If you click the programmes link I think you’ll be surprised at how interesting those programmes are. They have “a game from the archives” the latest one being a Youth Cup game where our team included Andy Marshall, Darren Eadie and Jamie Cureton. There’s also “Introducing Current players” with information that I don’t think is available anywhere else. And of course you can keep up to date with how the money is raised and how it is spent. The Portsmouth programmes has a whole page about us PUPs and a full page picture from our presentation. I’ll hand the free bet over to Trent Canary now. Enjoy your week in charge, there’s no pressure because we are all going to be doing our best to help you get your name in the Free Bet Hall of fame. We all stand together with the single aim of raising money for our great clubs academy. Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Tom... the free bet is yours.......[:)]...... As always I leave you with Rays signature which now reads :- Carve their names with pride.Yankee,3,Fellas,3,P''boro,2,Mr Chops,2,NewYork, Inch High,2, Blahblahblah, NCFC_Shaun, 1st Wazzock, Fonejacker,2, Norfolkbroadslim, Norfolkchance1, Scooby,2, yes Norfolkchance1 £1032 for the Academy,so far. nutty nigel 7,352 Posted October 20, 2010 I received this PM from Trent and he asked me to post it on his behalf :- Hi all,Away with work until Friday, shall aim to have the picks out at some stage Friday night. Had a quick look at the fixtures and it looks a tough week, so if you could dig deep to find as many matches as possible that would be much appreciated. There are a couple of obvious ones out there which im sure will be picked, but its finding the six thats going to be hard as always, so the more matches the better. Also if you could add any form or league positions to help back up your nap then that would save me a job. Thanks to NN as always, and thanks everyone in advance for your picks. norfolkbroadslim 223 Posted October 21, 2010 Chelsea vs Wolves - Home win - has to be my nap this week.Wolves haven''t won away in the league this season - P4 W0 D1 L3 F3 A8Chelsea have been imense at home in the league this season - P4 W4 D0 L0 F14 A0Chelsea unbeaten and haven''t conceded at home in the league so far and they score for fun. Wolves haven''t won away in the league and struggle to score.Chelsea are top of the form table for the last 6 games, Wolves are rock bottom of it.Unless the ref is Eddie Ilderton and Chelsea get 3 players sent off, this has to be an easy home win.Good luck everyone, best of luck Trent[:)][Y]

But keep coming back every week and there''s still time for you to make next seasons Fab40. That would qualify you to make the final selections but you would still have the right to veto and pass your place on to someone else.
