Salopian 1 Posted October 29, 2010 The local (Wolverhampton) Express and Star evening paper is quoting PL as hoping to retain Leon at Carrow Road. The paper concludes that Barnett has no future at The Hawthornes, and he wshes to stop at Norwich. This doesn''t take us much further, but PL will obviously try to extend the loan. Whether the Baggies will agree is another question. They may want to get some of the £2.5 million they splashed out, and I can''t see us being able tto find much of this kind of money. Yelloow Since 72 53 Posted October 29, 2010 Leon has done a great job since his arrival, especially his partnership with Ward. I was concerned that his slight build and height might limit him but he has performed magnificently. His ability to time his jumps and his pace provides a perfect complement to Ward. Prolong the loan to the end of the season and then make an offer.
