I can think of no other player in the long time that I have been supporting NCFC who was given less of a chance than poor old Theo.

Virtually condemned after one game, his long-term hopes of a career in England were shattered undeservedly.

He was a scapegoat for the performance of a very ill-prepared team on the day. There were others, but him mostly.

Gunn was a goalkeeper of standing after all. He might had been hit and miss with his talent spotting, but he would have sussed a decent keeper.

Would he?

He didn''t recognise his son as one!

Theo was a decent keeper and for a more than a couple of reasons it didn’t work out at Norwich. One day the story of what really on will surface and it will all (sort of) make sense.

It wasn''t really him, it was his evil twin, who locked him in the cleaners cupboard before the game, and went out to play instead, and thought he would be playing tennis?

I''m not a keeper specialist, but for me outfield players require lots of pre-season practice and fitness work, whereas a keeper should be able to pretty much jump straight into a game without any fitness/ match practice issues. The guy flapped like a pigeon stuck in a tornado.

Wrong place wrong time for the guyWe will never know if he could have made it at NorwichDebuts in new leagues are notoriously difficult.  His performance on the day was not representative of pre season. The turmoil in the club would have a major impact on someone who didnt not have a bunch of big time experience.  His main supporters were gone after a short time he was in England and he was faced with a manager with no information on him and had conceded 7 against his side. Less than  auspicious start.Chance gone

On current form perhaps he will get his chance in Europe again, I do feel that he never really got that chance at Norwich and his attitude after being dropped certainly didn''t help either....

Looked unconvincing in friendlies and was then a total disaster in the Colchester game.

Pretty much tells you what the standard of the game is like in Australia if he''s setting records based on clean sheets.
