Bungay Canary 0 Posted September 25, 2010 Today we must have had 10 corners at least all delivered to the front post never really threatened there goal, shurely in training they must vary it so why not today also why when we have a free kick on the edge of the box do we chip it in instead of blasting it , look what hull did for there second

Today was just one of those days.
Gingerpele 0 Posted September 25, 2010 I have always wondered if the players really train...ever since Malky left, we haven''t had a defender who has made as big as impact in the box as he did....and thats not the defenders fault as such, but the corner taker/training ground tactics...With Holt, Martin, Ward and Bennet (or Nelso, or last season Doc and Nelson) in the box, and then maybe Crofts/Korey attacking the box from corners as well, we should be able to make that work every now and then....but we don''t i would love to see a stat saying how many goals we have scored from corners in the last 5 seasons...its probably very low.....
