So, does this mean anyone can go and smack someone on th chops, get arrested, get sent to trial, then don''t have to turn up because one''s too busy at work, even if there is a plea of not guilty?   Does it mean it was just a techincal hearing and with the not guilty plea will now transfer to the High Court?  Or is the case being dropped.  ''As a rummon ole bor.  Doesn''t really seem to make sense to me, but glad Chrissy boy got away with it, and hope he''s on target agin tonite?

Doncaster Rovers midfielder Byron Webster is still struggling with a foot injury and is likely to miss out again.

Forward James Hayter is sidelined with a hamstring complaint.

Norwich City boss Paul Lambert is waiting on the fitness of goalkeeper John Ruddy, who missed Saturday''s 2-1 win against Barnsley with a leg injury.

Full-back Steven Smith is yet to make his debut since suffering an ankle injury in pre-season and Zak Whitbread is still out with a calf problem.
