shefcanary 2,939 Posted September 14, 2010
Not sure if it''s been posted but Chris Martin wasn''t in court today and travelled to Doncaster for tonight''s game.
So, does this mean anyone can go and smack someone on th chops, get arrested, get sent to trial, then don''t have to turn up because one''s too busy at work, even if there is a plea of not guilty? Does it mean it was just a techincal hearing and with the not guilty plea will now transfer to the High Court? Or is the case being dropped. ''As a rummon ole bor. Doesn''t really seem to make sense to me, but glad Chrissy boy got away with it, and hope he''s on target agin tonite?

I am a Banana 0 Posted September 14, 2010 Doncaster    v    NorwichNpower ChampionshipVenue: Keepmoat Stadium Date: Tuesday, 14 September Kick-off: 1945 BSTCoverage: BBC Sport website, BBC Radio 5 live, BBC local radioTEAM NEWSDoncaster Rovers midfielder Byron Webster is still struggling with a foot injury and is likely to miss out again.Forward James Hayter is sidelined with a hamstring complaint.Norwich City boss Paul Lambert is waiting on the fitness of goalkeeper John Ruddy, who missed Saturday''s 2-1 win against Barnsley with a leg injury.Full-back Steven Smith is yet to make his debut since suffering an ankle injury in pre-season and Zak Whitbread is still out with a calf problem.MATCH PREVIEWThe fact that Norwich, who are seventh after their first five matches, are the lowest placed of the clubs promoted last season shows how well all three of them have adapted to the Championship. The Canaries do not lack fighting spirit, as they have showed by bouncing back from an opening-night defeat and on Saturday when they came from behind to beat Barnsley 2-1 with goals in the final 19 minutes.Doncaster Rovers pulled off their own comeback at Watford, where they rescued a deserved point courtesy of George Friend''s dramatic equaliser two minutes into injury time. That 2-2 draw denied Watford a first home win of the season and left Doncaster with eight points from their first five games - a steady start for Sean O''Driscoll''s men, who will go above Norwich if they win.MATCH FACTSHead-to-head• Norwich have won six and Doncaster one of the previous eight matches between these clubs. 606: DEBATEHave your say on this match• The 1-1 draw at the Keepmoat Stadium in 2009 was the first time in 74 years that Norwich dropped points against Rovers.Doncaster• Doncaster have lost only one of their five league matches so far and are unbeaten at home.• Victory would give the South Yorkshire club their best start to a league season in 15 years.• They have secured eight points, scored eight goals and conceded eight this term.• Midfielder Brian Stock is set to make his 250th career league start.Norwich• Victory would give Norwich 13 points after six games for the first time since accruing 14 in 2002/03.• The East Anglian club, promoted as League One champions last season, have picked up 60 points since the start of 2010.
