Smudger 0 Posted August 2, 2010
He doesn''t score that much for Burnley, and he''s a right winger I believe...Won''t score more than 10.
Agreed Brendo, Eagles is far more a creator of chances than a taker of them. Paterson is more than capable of getting 20+ if he stays injury free and Burnley hit form though. The thing is that I think Burnley may have a poor start and need to off-load Brian Laws before they come through strongly!
When Saturday Comes 0 Posted August 2, 2010 I think Martin will probably be our top scorer, but I certainly wouldn''t rule out Surman either - two feet, attacking midfielder, likely to take some set pieces and midfielders tend to score a lot in this league. Reckon he will definitely get 10-15.

paul moy 235 Posted August 3, 2010 Martin didn''t make the top three scorers in Div 1 last season (four of his goals were also against lowly Paulton), so no way IMO will he do it in the Championship. Holt though will go close if he can keep fit and avoid suspensions.
Brendo 0 Posted February 18, 2011 Holt is currently joint 6th top scorer, with 14. However he is joint 3rd if pens aren''t included.
