Well it looks like while I was slaving away over a hot barbecue, organising, clearing up, selling Canary Challenges and circulating among our guests, I was missing all sorts of ''chemistry'' going on elsewhere. Perhaps next year I will sit on my fat arse at the bar, holding forth on all subjects from sex to football, and conduct some serious match making activities while I''m at it [:)]

As politics and religion are two subjects which should not be discussed at a bar what on earth is there to talk about other than sex and football? The reference to serious match making activities passed me by as i was conducting a Taddy survey amongst Nutty''s punters so i suggest you ask CA what she is on about. Finally as a lover of Grant Holt you obviously know all about fat arses.[:P]
Oi Kathy! I offered to help you clear up! Instead I had to listen to Nutty and Tilly talk fashion!
Oh dear CUSDP the thought of you clearing up with Kathy and CA really has to be classified as too much information.Still as you are now an expert on ladyboys two middle aged women suffering a mid life crisis should not really challenge your broad church approach that you operate towards the opposite sex.

Now I know where it came from! (all readers over 35 should remember them)

I enjoyed the evening so thanks to those who organised it and attended. [Y]

I didn''t get a chance to chat with all of you because I was sidetracked much of the time preparing for the next days events. But it was great to meet up again with so many old friends and meet some new ones.

Much has been made of the T-shirt I was wearing. All I will say is that it is a Billabong Tshirt and I wasn''t wearing it for a bet. Unlike Tilly who had obviously been dared to attend in his blue & white striped pyjamas. Still at least this saved him time later when 5 or 6 pints of Taddy rendered him incapable of getting ready for bed!

However, I''m surprised nobody has mentioned the fashion statement of the evening! I''ve no wish to turn the event into a pantomime but our good friend Smudger arrived in what can only be described as "Cinderella''s Glass Slippers"

He was wearing them for a bet wasn''t he? [:-*][:S]

Sadly no. I have the t shirt, the pyjamas, the CUSDP Al Quaeda tee shirt, and the worrying preseason injury to a key PUP, but not the Cinderella slippers. CA is going to teach me photobucket so watch this space.

No problem with waiting Kathy  as people will soon see my shirt is a case of fashion may change but style remains the same and maximum style with minimum effort.

The blouse worn by CUSDP had all the hallmarks that he had been at a terrorist training camp in the Pakistan foothills and as for Nutty''s T shirt, well let us just say he has just returned from a holiday in Turkey where fake tat like that is available by the lorry load.

I just knew someone would get their teeth into Lapps injury[;)] To be able to smoke a fag and drink a pint using just the one hand impressed me on the night.

I was going to say watch my lips, well whatever the keyboard equivalent is.

We are not putting photographs against comittee members. Now that''s at least three times!

Or are you Dog the Bounty Hunter?
