Games on the BBC

Just wondering if any one knows if the BBC are still showing championship games this season

I''m guessing they will have the same rights as last time, which means they will get something small like 10 live games, as well as the football league show

where last year every Newcastle game was on either BBC or Sky , that place will now be taken by Leeds , the new media darlings fo the championship - despite the fact that the champions of League one finished 9 points ahead of them and only had 1 season at that level , instead of Leeds four

[/quote]Has that been decided or are you just guessing? Looking back at the 10 the BBC had last year, i would have thought Sky would have picked them if given the chance. Isnt the way the games are chosen similar to how the FA cup is shared between Sky/ITV? 1 picks their main game, the other the 2nd and so on... If so, surely one of the derbys would be on BBC. No idea how it all works but as the BBC had West Brom v Newcastle, Newcastle v Middlesborough etc looks like they will get some of the ''big'' games, and as much as they love Leeds, I think they''d want the derby.
