Morisons Prozac 0 Posted June 20, 2010 20 Jun 2010 12:17:47Ipswich have bid £2m for Norwich''s brightest prospect Korey Smith. Midfielder Smith played a full season in the League 1 champions season, and his all action style has alerted many clubs to his potential. Hard up Norwich would like the money but are unlikely to wreck the feel good factor around the club by selling to their nearest rivals.

Woman in the Stands (WITS) 0 Posted June 20, 2010 Who''s got hold of the Tardis and transported us back to April 1st?Honestly, as if this would happen.Korey evidently features in Lambert''s plans because of the number of games he played well last season. grantroederdisaster 0 Posted June 20, 2010 Are they struggling for stories or what?!Anyway Smith doesn''t fit into Keanos stereotypical signing cause he talented, not Irish and hasn''t played for Sunderland!

Bill 1,788 Posted June 23, 2010 It should be taken in the context of the paupers supposed £4m bid for Chopra. A bid that Cardiff said they have never received, a bid that the paupers also later admitted they had never made. The fact that both Keane and Clegg had stated that players will have to leave BEFORE any come in suggests that our impoverished neighbours are not in any position to make any serious bids. Unfortunately as nobody has shown any interest in the dross clogging up poorman road it is very likely that it will be some time before Mr Roy can drag in a even a couple of freebies (as was his stated intent in May). So much for Mr Roy wanting his squad sorted out before they started the pre season training. Maybe, just maybe our dimwitted neighbours might slowly begin to to grasp the reality of their sorry position.
