First Wazzock 717 Posted June 1, 2010 I have just found an old Pink Un while loft clearing. Dated March 21st 1992 it says Beckford scored two late goals (83rd and 86th minutes) to complete his hat trick giving a final score of Norwich 4 Everton 3 played in front of 11900 at Carrow Road
Jacko 0 Posted June 1, 2010 That was a humdinger of a game. Those goals basically helped to keep us in the first division that season. Rob Newman got the other one. Mo Johnstone and Peter Beardsley got the goals for Everton. I reckon that was Beckford finest hour for Norwich but his heroics in goal against Sheffield United were not far behind.
