Wondered if someone could help me..

I wondered if anyone knew how to find threads from the past quickly or would even find the thread for me?
I see some people just have the knack of picking old threads out of nowhere and i have a mate who is a Sheff Wed fan and wanted to send them that one we got last season..
The guide to League 1.. if anyone can help would be greatly appreciated.
