When will the trophy be awarded?

Due to the Iceland chaos, my flight has been rescheduled so that I now miss the final game of the season, and I''m wondering that if we win the league saturday, are we awarded the trophy there and then, or do we have to wait until the end of the season for the final home game?I might miss it :(

hve you see how many similar threads have been started recently- and frankly how can my policing be getting on everyone''s nerves when I post a link to a much more popular, simiar post with the answer to his question- surely that''s helping?? Maybe you should try and make constructive criticism than blindly pointing things out...
