I must say after this season I have to agree. The final straw for me was the Colchester referee against Wycombe apologising and the idiots against Tranmere being given bigger games, as though they had been rewarded for getting it wrong.

I posted this after reading about the bans. If I have ever seen a ref that deserved what Karsa said, he was the man. They need to realise that Football is a man''s game (sorry WITS & WAY) and telling someone to F-Off in the heat of the battle isn''t that bad whatsoever.

Laughable isn''t it. Karsa is shown on live TV using some ripe old language and gets £500 fine, Lambert kicks the ball back and gets £1000. This was decided before they got there.

Let''s just hope they don''t do something stupid next week and hand us a points deduction !

Even their dodgy refs couldn''t stop us from going up[Y] That''s a big enough FU to the FA,FL and whatever clowns ''run'' football in this country.

The football league threw us a couple f bent officials late in the season to try and throw a spanner in our works, but that didn''t work, I suppose this is just their way of having the final say..............................unless there''s one last card to play with the Lambert hering next week ?!?!

I am not aware of any cases where the officials have been involved in match fixing, but the two clowns at Tranmere could certainly be good candidates.

I hope there is an investigation into any betting patterns. I simply don''t believe that the lino and ref could be that incompetent.

Lambo also insisted he did not swear at the ref and certainly television pictures appeared to support his claim. The trouble is, it''s not worth the accused complaining too much.

It''s rather like a wrongful accusation of a speeding offence - guilty unless you prove your innocent and if you try you risk a bigger fine and costs.

I admit I would not like to ref but some of the decisions this season in particular have been so woeful you do really begin to wonder just what is going on in the shadows.

If you believe the same as I do, that every man has his price, then the officials atTranmere were bought by someone, ? Who,I guess we''ll never know, but I feel there is room for an investigation in this matter, But we all know that the FA are a club, like the Free masons, so nothing will be done,

But Lambert will be at the match tomorrow with his Phone and I''m sure he will be on the pitch when the final whistle is blown.

As someone with first hand experience of the disciplinary hearing process I''m pretty sure I know what happened here. As we know the ref originally told Sky that he''d sent Lambert off for entering the field of play. When he realised that this in itself was not a sending off offence (as the ball was dead) he came up with the foul and abusive languauge line. What would have then happened is that all four officials (either at the ground or subsequently over the phone ) would have agreed a coordinated story which retrospectively justified their actions.

It''s quite clear from the TV footage that Lambo didn''t open his mouth until after the ref (who was in the centre circle and therefore out of hearing range) had waved him to the stands. However, I would bet my life that the key factor in the panel finding him guilty would have been the fourth official reeling off a torrent of abuse that he had heard., because that''s what the four muppets would have agreed to cover their tracks.

But not until AFTER the ref got over to him. If you watch the footage the ref starts waving him upstairs from about 30 yards away.

Thanks Beau. That seems to put it into some perspective and a believable version of events as to how they reached that verdict.

That''s pretty much how I see it Beaus. The only thing I''d add is that it''s entirely possible that Lambert had sewn the seeds for this with the officials at halftime. And who could blame him if he had. However incensed you got watching it on TV to actually be there and witness those decisions happen one after the other was unbelievable. The Ref probably had it in his mind to send off Lambert if he got an oppurtunity and, as you say, took his chance but had to concoct a story when he realised that Lambert hadn''t committed a sending off offence. The officials always do "get their stories straight" before reports are put in.

What clearly happened here, was that the referee saw an opportunity to avoid an inevitable confrontation with Lambert at the final whistle by sending him up to the stands. This would give him a chance to escape up the tunnel before Lambert could get down to the pitch at the end of the match.

If you REALLY want to hear foul and abusive language E. Ilderton , wait until your first visit to Carrow Road.
