Bill 1,788 Posted April 23, 2010 Oh dear, poor old binnersIt appears the paupers have sold 2000 less season tickets for next seasonHowever the nice Mr Clegg has decided to smell the flag as it''s made into blue sky coffee up the flagpole and introduce a push for sales with -Operation Mid table (hopefully)1. With an even smaller squad for next season the nice Mr Clegg reckons it will mean less players being out injured 2.Sunderland staying up could mean more unwanted players being available to move to poorman road3, A possible a loan move for Keane so he can manage at another club to get some experience of working at a professional outfit4. err, that''s itSo hoorah for the paupers and their plan to allow every fan two seats at all home games

Bexley 0 Posted April 23, 2010 He''s an arrogant prat that Clegg.Really done a great job since he took over, hasn''t he? Bringing in Keane, overseen a load of expensive flop transfers, the lub has gone backwards & now their season ticket sales are dwindling. On the face of it, he hasn''t got a lot to be arrogant about. Boyo 0 Posted April 23, 2010 I got told by my mate who supports Ipswich that they have sold 18000 season tickets like us, I didn''t believe it at the time anyway but, I take it he has told me a lie?[^o)]

Bill 1,788 Posted April 23, 2010 Yet magically and extra 10,000 ''loyal supporters'' will down pitchforka and turn up when the paupers play us at poorman roadNow why would that be ?Are we the only thing worth them going to poorman road for ?Or perhaps that jolly nice old chap Mr Clegg will come up with another bright wheeze to flog a few more season tickets instead -Promise to sign a player who is neither Irish nor another Sunderland cast offOffer an audience with Marcus Evans Put up another statue

ca 1 Posted April 23, 2010 Strange that their Bobby Robson stand ( equivalant to our Barclay ) is £368 for the lower which isnt too different to our Barclay prices but the upper stand is £474 ?? Their half way price seats are £565 whereas ours are £450 ( early bird prices)Their match day tickets are also a lot more than ours over £30 for a lot of games, no wonder only 12,800 have renewed so far.
