Interesting comments about Lambert in his interview. Other managers say what they''d LIKE to do, he says what they''re GOING to do; if they''re losing at half-time, he tells them they''re going to go out & win it. And he means it. Doesn''t talk much in the week, but doesn''t need to because of force of personality.Just confirms what we all suspected, but Darel really seemed to be stating a genuine opinion, rather than toeing the party line, as perhaps players felt they had to in the past.I wish he''d stop confusing ''permeate'' & ''permutate'' though!

if your manager isn''t positive then why be a manager as players are only as positive as the gaffer!

Glad I wasn''t the only one to be irritated with his incorrect use of ''permutate'', but in his defence, at least he doesn''t say ''you know''  every other word.
