Before the forum police arrive, I have cleared this with Pete!

On May 2nd I will be running the Grand East Anglia 10k run for Cancer Research. This is an issue dear to my heart as in the last year alone I have seen my best man and my PA of 20 years diagnosed with this dreadful disease. Last year many of you were kind enough to sponsor me, and together we raised over £1600 and this year I am once again asking for your help. If you can , PLEASE donate using the website set up for the purpose at www.justgiving.com/robsGEAR .

Well guys, that running is done. I managed it in under 50 minutes, which I reckon is ok for an old goat like me. Thanks to you lot we have raised over £1000 for Cancer Research, so a HUGE thank you to all of you!
