Brendo

Forster - next season.

Recommended Posts

I wouldn''t mind if we didn''t sign him. Don''t get me wrong, I''d LOVE to have him here, but I''d rather we spent £500k or £1mil on our outfield options. I say this as I think Rudd is capable. Some say he''s inexperienced, but I would much rather us get some outfield players with our money?Well ideally we get him on loan for another season. [H]

I''d not want us to sign him either. Not permanently anyways. Another loan would be ideal and ship Rudd off on loan to get some experience.

I disagree, I''d rather see us spend up to £1m if needed on him. He is clearly a top professional goalkeeper who could be playing at Championship level, perhaps even Premiership in time.

Not that we have the money like that to splash out, I would love to see him here next season, perhaps a years loan once again.

We spent £1 mil  on David Marshall when we needed to improve our squad elsewhere, which proved costly in the end as we got relegated.

[/quote]True. But I think Forster is clearly alot better. On the plus side, I think Rudd''s distribution is alot better than Forsters? [:S]

Yes maybe but it is still not worth spending that much money on a goalkeeper. If there are no other areas in which we can strengthen our squad then it would be a good buy, but like I said when we bought Marshall for £1 mil there was still many more important areas in which should be got priority over the goalkeeper position :) Yes that is clear to see Brendo ;)

To have a winning team we need a quality keeper. Forster is mint man!!

Start at the back, make us hard to score against, this is a good base to start from.

think about it. if we spend £1m on him imagine how much we will get for him when premier league clubs start sniffing around. inst he tipped to be England''s number 1.
