While holding to get through to an operator on the phone this morning (was on hold for 6 minutes 30 before being told that my call was being cut odd due to high demand, which I guess means that I must have moved down the queue somehow...) - I was told that if you want to, you can replace your tired old yellow seat for a padded one !  aAnd all for only 40 quid !  SoB !  Finally someone has listened !
