rondy 0 Posted March 22, 2010 Unlikely i guess, but a 3/4 - 0 win for us over Leeds and the same for Millwall at home to Stockport and thats how it would be.Amazing to think we were 11 points behind Leeds the day they played Utd in the cup in early Jan, and Millwall were 20.. Bill 1,788 Posted March 23, 2010 Nope. we need a Millwall win on satuarday for certain. A defeat of Leeds would then put five teams into a possible automatic spot. With them all playing two or three of the others it pretty much guarantees us of not having two coming through.Millwall are still 11 points adrift of us. If we only beat Tranmere, Stockport, Gillingham and Carlisle out of our remaining nine games that means Millwall would have to win 8 games out of 9 ! It would mean us losing almost as many games as we have all season.If we were hitting bad form then there might be a slim possibility. We have just picked up 10 and could have been 12 from our last four games. Three of which were away. We are mot going to be caught.
