Mister Chops 7 Posted March 22, 2010 I don''t think I''ll boo and I don''t think I''ll applaud him either. I''ll probably just say "meh" and then shout "Hoooooooze" every time he kicks it into the crowd. What sort of reception do you think he will get?
Gingerpele 0 Posted March 22, 2010 i think we should sing out his name the whole game, and then buy him back, hes a legend :D
WeAreYellows49 0 Posted March 22, 2010 There aren''t many ex-players I can ever remember booing, and I won''t start with Andy
ncfcstar 287 Posted March 22, 2010 HHHHOOOOOOOOOZZZZZZZEEEEEEEEEE!
Dicky 0 Posted March 22, 2010 No, he played his heart out for us, but unfortunately the great fans we have that have to have a scapegoat, chose him.
go donowa go 0 Posted March 22, 2010 i dont think we need to boo him as he is absolute garbage anyway but i will certainly not be clapping someone who should never have worn the shirt in the first place

DDD In The Fine City 1 Posted March 22, 2010 I''m with Chopsy, everytime he makes a mistake HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOZE!
Shack Attack 0 Posted March 22, 2010 He was/is sh*t, but booing seems a bit harsh. Maybe a patronising ''Aaaaahhh blesss him'' every time he touches the ball.
Woman in the Stands (WITS) 0 Posted March 22, 2010 He wasn''t a very good player in a City shirt - vast understatement - but not a good enough reason to warrant booing for me.
Shack Attack 0 Posted March 22, 2010 Exactly WITS. If you boo every former player whose ever been useless for us it rather dilutes the effect of any proper abuse we dish out to the really deserving cases. I''m sticking with my idea of patronising him to within an inch of his life [:D]
BroadstairsR 0 Posted March 22, 2010 Boo Hughes??? Childish nonsense. Grow up . He always played his heart out.P.S. I think he was a decent right back
|BA 0 Posted March 22, 2010 Boo the twat that signed him. He was the worst signing I can remember, not because of his terrible lack of talent, but because EVERYBODY but the manager knew he was terrible. We paid money for him FFS. Its the one error I''ll concede the board made.
Barnzy 0 Posted March 22, 2010 Crap footballer but top man so will be pleased to see him back at cr

keyser Soze 0 Posted March 22, 2010 I liked the fella. He might not have had the talent for the championship. But he did seem to try real hard. It''s the players that had talent but couldn''t be arsed that wind me up.
city till i die 0 Posted March 22, 2010 we should cheer him ala beckham and then when he touches it boo him, i had to laugh when man u done that
dhickl 0 Posted March 22, 2010
Crap footballer but top man so will be pleased to see him back at cr
...and he could help us win promotion this season [:P]
Ivana_rubyatitz 6 Posted March 22, 2010 Hughes was at fault for the second Millwall goal tonight - muscled off the ball far too easily
Hannibal 0 Posted March 22, 2010 yes cause he was crap, and that ginger little scummer of a captain!
Bill 1,788 Posted March 22, 2010 ironic cheer might be more appropriate
wrathsajoke 0 Posted March 23, 2010 yes-a disgrace to the shirt
Canary_on_the Trent 0 Posted March 23, 2010 Hughes gave his all in a City shirt, was a very limited footballer but anybody who gives their all for City doesn''t deserve abuse.
S.Yorks Canary 0 Posted March 23, 2010 booing him would be a disgrace. he might be sh!t but he gave 150% every time he pulled the shirt on and for that i will always like andy hoos.did you see his p!ss poor defending for millwalls second goal last night....he really is pants but a trier none the less
Block E Buh 0 Posted March 23, 2010 He has found his level, a very good League 1 player but his quality didn''t match his enthusiasm whilst in a City shirt. No boos, no claps either.
Jacko 0 Posted March 23, 2010 Didnt see the second was still laughing at his pathetic attempt for the first. Given what happened with Otsemobor though he is due a blinder when he comes here.
CambridgeCanary 0 Posted March 23, 2010
No, he played his heart out for us, but unfortunately the great fans we have that have to have a scapegoat, chose him.
Rubbish - as usual. he played his heart out but simply was no where near good enough. Not a scapegoat just a very poor player whom Worthy placed as his key buy of that season
CambridgeCanary 0 Posted March 23, 2010 Besides, hasn''t he got enough misery in his life already playing for Leeds???
Trent Canary 0 Posted March 23, 2010
Hughes gave his all in a City shirt, was a very limited footballer but anybody who gives their all for City doesn''t deserve abuse.
Agreed. I have far more respect for an average player who tries their best, than a lazy world-class player. As a result I think he just deserves a sea of indifference, dont even acknowledge him. Anyone who boos Hughes needs to work out who the real enemy is on saturday.
