Cos there is naff all on telly!Something like a situation vacant advert, "permanent positions at a rejuvinated ambitious football club aiming for promotion to the premiership. Initiall 18 month contract, salary negotiable. Phone the club to register your attendance at a 3day selection process (an open day, trials, medical and interview)". It could be held the week after the end of the season, so Lambo has whoever he wants in place for all pre season, he doesn''t have to go looking for players who want to come here, he might come across someone he wouldn''t have considered, we might pick several up on out of contracts/short contracts before they resign, not pay agents fees, he''d know who he could release, we wouldn''t have to live through dragged out who''s coming or going.
