Largey 0 Posted March 16, 2010 I know this is counting on our promotion, but should the likely happen, it feels a bit odd that we come August we could be playing against the likes of Portsmouth, Burnley, Wolves, Hull, Wigan etc.....Who do you think will go down to the Championship? My money would be on Portsmouth, Burnley and Hull. Jacko 0 Posted March 17, 2010 I think it will be those three as well to be honest. Whats more if they go down, I can''t see any of them bouncing back straight away. I reckon next season could be one of the best opportunities a side has to go up automatically from the championship. If we get there I very much doubt we''d be in the shake up. Would take lower mid table mediocrity after our previous struggles in the championship.
Mr. Bump 0 Posted March 17, 2010 Portsmouth are surely going down, Hull are set to appoint Iain Dowie so I imagine they''ll go down too. Then I think either Burnley, Wolves or Wigan for the final spot. Probably Burnley.
