Paul Lambert''s decision making today was a true example of ''making something happen'' as opposed to ''hoping something might happen'' - a vast difference! It shows leadership and inner belief; Lambert calmly EXPECTS to win and successfully transfers this to a capable group of players.

Thank goodness we have him!

The truth! Gunn would not have been capable of this... Thank Christ we had a good GM to sack him asap in August and bring Lambert in!

Contrast that with Poyet''s earlier double substitution when they were a goal up...he hasn''t got a scooby! Should stick to translating for his overseas comrades, also masquerading as managers.

Chris Goreham seemed suprised by the substitution! guess we have got used to "Like for like" change at Norwich...

Inspired by Lambert though, take a defender off and go with an extra man up top. .. as the saying goes "if you dont buy a ticket you can''t hit the jackpot"

That wasn''t the point...Poyet is naive and clueless. He has his position at Brighton based upon his profile, ...and that was due to his exposure as a spokesperson for Ramos at Spurs, bor!
