Largey 0 Posted January 17, 2010 Brentford as I''ve got tickets and would prefer to see the match this Saturday rather than a weekday evening.
sven_goran 0 Posted January 17, 2010 Brentford, admittedly
Graham Humphrey 13 Posted January 17, 2010 Totally selfishly, Walsall so I don''t have to book any time off work to go up there (again).
First Wizard 0 Posted January 17, 2010 Got to be Brentford.
Largey 0 Posted January 17, 2010 The only plus point to playing Walsall on Saturday is that Brentford have had a nice run of results against the ''bigger'' clubs recently and would be good competition. If we played them later in the season they may not be as confident.
O.T.B.C 1 Posted January 17, 2010 So if Brentford win in the cup midweek, we will play Walsal and if they lose, we revert back to playing Brentford?
Graham Humphrey 13 Posted January 17, 2010 Yep - or if Brentford draw, presumably, as the replay would be played on the Saturday I''d imagine.
Smudger 0 Posted January 17, 2010 Fingers crossed for Walsall next Saturday for me.Would much rather have a day out in the West Midlands on Saturday than the following Tuesday.

Away games I often cant go to midweek, school [:(]+ the coach would presumably be free for Walsall? So I could save even more money [:D]

Having gone there once and been ready to go again I won''t be ably to go next Saturday but the Tuesday would be fine.
Beauseant 0 Posted January 17, 2010 I''d prefer Walsall simply because I can''t make this Saturday!

Mason 47 1,921 Posted January 17, 2010 Brentford.I have an ominous feeling about playing Walsall away after such a big win against Colchester, don''t know why. Never been one to go against my gut instinct, though.
Rupethebear 0 Posted January 17, 2010 Brentford will be tough, they don''t loose many and have a good defence.
Guest Posted January 17, 2010 Walsall. Would rather get that one out of the way... plus I love a good Tuesday night home game under the lights, not had many this season with the lack of international breaks.

Guest Posted January 17, 2010
We also beat Brentford at Carrow Road in the JPT
...with Simon Whaley and Goran Maric playing. So effectively with nine men.
RustysRevenge 0 Posted January 17, 2010 Has to be Brentford as they are expecting heavy snow in the West Mids during the week so there could be a chance of the Walsall game being called off anyway. As Leeds are playing FA Cup we don''t want to miss the oppurtunity of going top of the league. ricardo 8,033 Posted January 17, 2010 Surely its got to be Brentford. They will hopefully be nicely knackered by a tough midweek cup game. Extra time and a few injuries will do just fine in my opinion.Looking forward to 5 to 5 next Saturday and sitting proudly in pole position.
Guest Posted January 17, 2010 Extra time unfortunately can''t happen because it''s still the original tie (been postponed twice).

SwindonCanary 457 Posted January 17, 2010 As an exiled season ticket holder please make it Brentford, coz I can''t make it to most mid week home games.
