......and Smith must score.

Was any City fan refused entry to the home stands yesterday ?

Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere but I wondered if all the hoo-hah about the police reading car number plates, stewards asking who was Colchester''s top scorer in 1968/9, etc, etc, actually came to anything ?The weather was so foul that I doubt anyone could have been a*sed......

No problem at all, no questions asked. We even went into one of the ''HOME'' pubs(Pheasant and something or other) with no problem.

No problems getting in at all other than put my ticket into the ticket slot the wrong way so the turnstile wouldn''t move but a nice steward helped me out.

No probs at all getting in, altho the queues for the East stand were ridiculous. A walk from the station to find that entire stand and only 6 turnstiles meant I got in just as the game kicked off. Was sat at the back of E2 and had no probs, altho it was very funny on the concourses when you recognised a few other Norwich fans and a few knowing looks were exchanged. First three goals I managed to keep quiet, fourth I stood up - realised and had a go at the defending, fifth goal - didn''t care by then and had a proper celebration much to the annoyance of the muppet in front of me who''d been mouthing off during the game. Walked out the exit, turned left, walked round the back of the away end and straight into the stand to watch the last couple of minutes of injury time and the post match celebrations!

Happy days

[/quote] After walking from the station in the pouring rain, we missed the first 8 minutes because of the bl**dy queues. We were in East4 about five seats from the back directly opposite the dugouts, great view, no problems.
