......and Smith must score.

THAT bunch of ' Colchester ' fans in the front row of the West Stand

Recommended Posts

I was in the away end on Saturday very close to the West Stand. There were about six blokes sitting in the front row who were winding up the City fans for almost the entire match until finally getting escorted out by the boys in orange about five minutes from the end. One of them had been particularly '' mouthy '' so it was quite satisfying to see him having his collar felt to help him on his way out as we all cheered and jeered.I thought the '' mouthy '' one looked vaguely familiar but as my eyesight isn''t quite what it was I thought nothing more of it. That was until I yesterday when I discovered that they were all City fans who I know very well. Must hold my hands up and say what a great performance. I was taken in hook, line and sinker and I''ll bet a lot of others were too.As were only rumbled right at the end you only missed one goal but it must have been b*oody hard work keeping schtum as they all kept rattling in.........

Thank you, but didn''t realise our performance had been so convincing!I''m amazed you didn''t realise the ''mouthy'' one was who he was though - I can''t think of anyone who fits the definition better!

Maybe he should give up the taxi driving and mortgage advising and take up a career in the theatre.....

I was sat a few rows behind you lot and knew you were Norwich fans. [:)] Also was quite a few at the back of our bit so guess that was a popular bit for our fans to buy tickets.
